Tasha's Philosophy

Tasha didn't want to represent anyone until she knew every part of the transaction from Escrow to Appraising to Junk Fees to every detail of the Contract. She took a lot of time educating herself. After her investment, she became a licensed Real Estate Appraiser which has been valuable experience for her career in helping price listings & in her clients purchases.

Tasha's stands for your best interest. She works extremely hard for them. She feels lucky when she gets to help someone find their home since it's exciting and takes a lot of trust! Whether its a property purchase or listing Tasha enjoys being out and about. Even though Tasha has been an awarded, 'Top Producer' and 'Top Sales Associate', to her Its not important to be a 'Top Producing Agent' and hitting Broker numbers. She values relationships and her clients to be happy with their new home and/or that she sold their home for the most possible...or getting your short sale approved...that is what Tasha measures her successes by as well as their testimonials/ good relationships.

About Tasha

Tasha is a native San Diegian! She has lived in several areas of the County: From East to North County to Central Metro to Beach! Tasha has worked in every populated zip code in San Diego County. She has also worked in other counties such as Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Bernadino, Riverside Counties and the State of Arizona. Tasha obtained her Bachelors in Business Management with an emphasis in High Technology Management and an additional A.S. in Physical Education. She has completed over 19 Licenses, Designations, and Certifications.

Tasha has very high ethics & customer service.  She became a Real Estate Broker in 2012 and a Realtor since 2005. Prior, With twelve years licensed experience in addition to her own investing experience, Tasha bought her first property right out of college. Her  success on her first investment put her on the fast track to her dream of buying and selling homes and helping others as a career.

Besides her passion for Real Estate, Tasha has a passion for fitness/sports especially Beach Volleyball. She can be found traveling the world and creating many experiences and memories learning different cultures from around the world! She especially has the desire to travel to Islands with pretty aqua blue waters and are sunny like her hometown!  Thus far, her favorite has been Bora Bora  in the South Pacific. She also loves Boating, Wake Boarding, playing at the Beach with her small dog Wilson, & giving back.  Enjoying a good movie and dining out is also how she spends her off time. She believes in having fun, enjoying life, and doing what is best for her clients. Work hard and play hard!
